A wedding photographer plays a very important role in a bride and grooms wedding day. SPECIAL MOMENTS PHOTOGRAPHY’s ultimate goal is to play that role to perfection. Our role is to photograph your wedding and to tell your story of your special day, anything short of that is just unacceptable. SPECIAL MOMENTS PHOTOGRAPHY has been in business for over 20 years specializing in wedding photography in the Metro St. Louis area. We are located in Arnold, MO giving us a central location to be able to travel to your special location.

SPECIAL MOMENTS PHOTOGRAPHY was started by Bill Conner in the late eighties. At first, he did weddings for friends and family while he was learning all aspects of this complicated hobby. He completely taught himself everything. Wedding after wedding gave him more experience and flair. His natural talent was noticed by many. Before long, he was able to charge for his services upon his friends and families recommendations. After that, word spread quickly and he was able to make a business of it. It wasn’t too long before he had to hire photographers to keep up with the demand.

When he started hiring photographers, he wanted to hire people who loved to take pictures but did not necessarily have experience in this field because he wanted to teach them his ways and how to capture those special moments. Through his experience, he had heard too many horror stories of “Nazi” photographers (photographers with attitudes, egos, time schedules, and impatience). He wanted his photographers to have the patience and customer service experience required to give the bride and groom an exceptional worry-free day. He knew he had learned on his own and could teach the same to someone with the right qualities.

When we are finished photographing your wedding, you will have complete documentation from beginning to end. After the wedding, we will spend many hours editing your photos to give you the best possible up-to-date finished product. SPECIAL MOMENTS PHOTOGRAPHY is dedicated to learning all new techniques for our customers. We are extremely proud of our devotion to each and every wedding we photograph. All of our photographers are married and realize the importance of your photos—we will give you the same thing we would want in your place.
